All readings are delivered via email within 3–5 business days after booking through our Acuity platform. Please be sure to provide a valid email address.
Readings are prepared and sent by email, so there is no appointment time to reschedule. If you need to cancel, please do so within 12 hours of booking to be eligible for a refund.
Payments are securely processed through Acuity. We accept major credit/debit cards and any payment options supported by the platform.
If you don’t see your reading within 5 business days, first check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at ascendantoracle0308@gmail.com for prompt assistance.
Refunds are only available if you cancel within 12 hours of booking and your reading has not yet been started. Once work is in progress or delivered, refunds are not possible. To request a cancellation, email us at ascendantoracle0308@gmail.com.
No special preparation is needed. Simply book your reading, and we’ll connect intuitively to provide insights tailored for you. You may include specific questions or focus areas in your booking notes.
