All readings are delivered via email within 3–5 business days after booking through Acuity. Please provide a valid email address to ensure timely delivery.
Readings are digital and prepared individually, so there is no scheduled appointment to reschedule. If you need to cancel, please do so within 12 hours of booking to be eligible for a refund.
Payments are securely processed through Acuity. Major credit/debit cards and other platform-supported payment methods are accepted.
If your reading hasn’t arrived within 5 business days, first check your spam/junk folder. If it is not there, contact us at ascendantoracle0308@gmail.com for assistance.
Refunds are only available if you cancel within 12 hours of booking and your reading has not been started. Once a reading is in progress or delivered, refunds are not possible. To request a cancellation, email ascendantoracle0308@gmail.com.
No special preparation is required. Simply book your reading and provide any specific questions or focus areas in your booking notes for the most helpful insight.
