All purchases of email readings and other custom spiritual services are final, except in cases where Ascendant Oracle cancels the service.
For courses, workshops, or downloadable digital products, refunds may be considered only if requested before the program start date, and approval is at the sole discretion of Ascendant Oracle.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing a course or digital product, please contact us at ascendantoracle0308@gmail.com, and we will assist you promptly.
Because readings are custom-created and delivered digitally, there are no live appointment times to reschedule.
To request a cancellation and possible refund, you must notify Ascendant Oracle within twelve (12) hours of purchase via Acuity Scheduling or by emailing ascendantoracle0308@gmail.com.
Cancellations submitted after this window or after work on your reading has begun are not eligible for a refund.
In rare circumstances, Ascendant Oracle may need to cancel a service due to unforeseen events or operational issues.
In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Requests are reviewed within 24 hours. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Ascendant Oracle reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and apply to purchases made after the update date.
