1. Refunds

• All purchases of readings, courses, workshops, and digital products are final, except if Ascendant Oracle cancels the service.

• Refunds for courses or workshops may be considered only if requested before the program start date, at our discretion.
  
  

2. Cancellations by You

• To cancel or reschedule a reading, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance via ascendantoracle0308@gmail.com or through our Acuity Scheduling page.
  
  

• Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee or loss of the session fee.
  
  

3. Cancellations by Ascendant Oracle

• Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may require us to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  
  

• In such cases, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
  
  

4. Requesting Refunds or Cancellations

• Requests will be reviewed within 24 hours, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
