Thank you for booking with Ascendant Oracle. We provide intuitive and personalized oracle readings delivered by email — allowing you to receive spiritual guidance in your own time and space. Please review the following policy to understand how our service works.
All readings are booked through our official platform: Acuity Scheduling.
Once you select your preferred service and complete payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
Please note: there are no live sessions. Your reading will be delivered via email within 3–5 business days after your confirmed booking.
Your reading will be written with care and sent to the email address provided at booking.
Please double-check that your email address is correct when booking.
If you have not received your reading within 5 business days, contact us at ascendantoracle0308@gmail.com.
Full payment is required at the time of booking through Acuity’s secure checkout system.
Your booking will not be confirmed until payment is received.
Since readings are custom-created and not delivered in real time, there is no need to reschedule a “time slot.”
If you wish to cancel, you must contact us within 12 hours of booking to request a refund.
Cancellations after a reading has already been started or delivered are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are available only if a cancellation request is received within 12 hours of booking and the reading has not yet been started.
Once your reading is in progress or delivered, it is considered complete and non-refundable.
Since there are no live appointments, there are no “missed sessions.”
If an incorrect email address is provided, this may result in delayed or non-delivery of your reading.
Ascendant Oracle reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted here and apply to all future bookings.
